replaced a UJ on the ute and started to strip bits from the new donor POS. Not in as bad a condition as I was thinking it would have been. This could be resurrectable (<- is that a real word?) I will soon be seeking assitance for the transplant of power steering and rear diff (swapping internals), so anyone good with tools, likes 40s, beer and meat (charred on the BBQ) then let me know and will plan a weekend.

cheers

Fitted the 2in body lift, the 2 in sus lift. Man a hoist makes things a lot easier.

Couldnt get the old torsen bars out :(
Might actually have to pay someone to do it...
And heated up the shifter with a gas axe, hit it with a hammer and now I can change gears :D

Chur to Toymota (dean) for the hand.

Now just waitin on the torsen bars and will fit the 33x12.5 R15's

Then its time to dig some holes.

Turns out my steering column universal (the plastic/metal one in the tilt mechanisim) has come away, and pretty much my whole steering column is buggered.

Popped down to a mate at Dodsons, they had one there, i got it cheap ($40), because i pulled it off myself, also picked up a couple other things i wanted, and some new seats for $80 a pair :D

So prolly fit it friday/ weeekend... Drama`s.
