right after another birthday on the cruiser it is possibly up for sale... ie someone offers me the money i want, it sells.. if not, i keep it!

also now has, apart from all the stuff in original post:

new clutch
new starter
all new rear brakes ( handbrake currently works!!)
2 new batteries
new transfer case bearings/seals
fresh coating of mud will be included at no extra charge

i know i drive this cruiser hard, hence why i have spent mega bucks fixing all the worn bits!

will sell for $8000ono with simex's or $7000 on std road wheels ( add your own!!)
can do a good deal on OME leaf springs for new owner

STILL staying with Toyotas!!!
