Which Swivel hub kit to buy???

Post by popo »

Hey guys,
I have noticed my GQ safari need new seals up front i rang a couple places and I am getting quotes of $390!!! (BNT & some 4wd parts place online...) for a complete swivel hub kit. Is this the normal price, I saw some a while ago on Aussie ebay for about $180. Can any one suggest a good place to get them hopefully cheap I am based in Christchurch. Cheers

Ebay Aus is a good place to get them. There is a seller on there who supplies Repco, and he is quite cheap. Use Jap bearings instead of Taiwanese too.

Buy a Haines manual or get one from the library. It is not a hard job, just time consuming. If you can follow pictures then you will manage it no problems.
