2jz auto ecu HELP

OK, so after much research I can't find any info on what needs to be done to the 2jz auto ecu to make it run a manual gearbox (w56 in this case). Sorry if this question has come up before but any help would be very welcome.

If its the same as a 1JZ, virtually nothing. I'm pretty sure I didn't touch the wiring although I did read that some auto ECU's have feedback from the auto and tune the engine based on a combination of things including what gear you are in, throttle position and engine RPM - on these ones apparently you need to hard-wire it into second as if its all left open then it assumes idle (I think) and runs too lean for when you stick your boot up it.

I found wiring diags for them somewhere - I think WJW has them too...
