lifted swb patrol q???

Nissan boys, my old man has a swb partol, it has 2" lift, the ass end had sagged a little as the springs have been in many years and the previous owner used to tow a big ass 26 ft boat, so we fitted 30mm spacers in the rear to bring it up, which it has, looks mint, the rear is a little higher than the front now.
So saying now its been lifter 3" (in the rear) do we need to do anything with panhard rod or sway bar etc?
I think its the sway bar that sits infront of axle, and the links to the chassis are obviously a little more stretched now......
Havent takin it offroad yet since we fitted spacers, but so far so good, drives sweet... anything we should be looking out for????
