Congratulations, hope you can budget because you will be spending more on the new baby rather than your current one. I love kids but have none the best thing is feed them up on lollies and then give them back  Someehow I seem to be the last option now

Congrats on the new addition. My little girl is now 7 weeks. I think it is getting a little better. The first 6 weeks are very testing so remember it DOES get better.
And all those who say you will have no money to spend on your toys are full of it  I have since got a set of simexs and picked up this little beauty in the weekend. Sounds bloody good I tell ya

Swapped a Lexus motor into the Prado. Well, actually I mainly just made sure Mike & Klem who did the bulk of the work didn't run out of beer or pizza. Should have some pics up tomorrow in the projects forum.

Cheers

Congrats on the new arrival - great news. My daughter, now three and a half, has been out in the offroader since old enough to hold her head up - loves it; I now contemplate gnarly bits to the advice of: "Come on Dad, you can do it - you know you want to" :).

COOL!!! babies are so cool. awww.... thats so wonderful.

Anyway, I GOT MY BALL DRESS!!! yuss.. its so cool, i love it. way too expensive lol... could have fixed a bunch of stuff on the jeep instead of buying it but oh well its definitely worth it. its gold, but its that sort of fabric that changes colour when it moves.. so its like a gold and partial pink, but not ultimate pink. And its got cool beading on the boob part. And its ruched (if any of you know what that means) around the waist area so it makes me look mega curvy. Now i've got heaps of time to sort out shoes and makeup and a DATE and all that other stuff. if any of you have sons that are like 16-21 in hamilton let me know haha.

Also, i got my bedroom set delivered and setup. its pretty cool. i got a dressing table and stuff to sit at and do my makeup on etc. and the bed is mega comfortable and its a queen size so its nice and big.

I also got grounded. For the month, mom says. But i reckon she'll only last about 2 weeks tops. I got caught smoking at school :( how dumb is that?! yup, really ultimate dumb.

hahha.. that would be cool ay. but na lol think we're all gonna rent a big limo or something. Speaking of driving my jeep into things though, i nearly drove it inside the Shell station yesterday. You know the little inside bit where they sell the food and you pay for stuff. Yea i got pretty close to it haha the sliding doors opened and everything.

I pinch them from other forums :D

Just the odd one that Mike doesn't have that I like... like this one: Image

And hey, whats wrong with a little knitting and crochet to while away the hours huh? Helps break the monotony of grinding and welding, and I can make nice little pink scarves and matching hats and gloves for the lads when they pop down to drink all my beer and stop me getting work done :)

Holy crap, how did this cenversation get here?!

Sorry - can't wait till Aug, better go chuck it on, brush your hair and take a pic in the mirror :P

How much did it cost anyway? you said you could have done quite a bit to the Jeep... I can only assume that means it cost HEEEEEEPS... since most jeep jobs are pretty pricey.

And hey, are you getting it out and playing in it, or just driving it around?

ahahaha yea im loving that i got a bunch of guys to talk about knitting and dresses lol.

umm well i couldnt have done that much to the jeep lol... but yea it was expensive as for a dress. about $370.

umm i havent been offroad in it for ages, but thats mostly cos i dont have anyone to go with! one of my friends (well, sort of friends...) invited me to go out to thompsons track with him over the queens birthday weekend so i might do that.
