Riks Bed Bob

Post by SupraLux »

While I'm sorting through my photos... Rik did this to his truck the other day... aparently its made it easier to damage panels now its done cos he went out and totally bent everything after doing it...

Beds too long - needs a bit of a redesign with the only tool for the job... although not sure about the way he's swinging my 9" around

Ready to remove the offending over-long bit:

Sticking it back together in the proper OSH approved manner:

Me trying to do it a little more safely:

Mostly done:

Now theres less room in the deck, Riks gone for a roof storage system:

Nice job on the bob , I did mine and cut 600 mm out and have cut down the canopy , just need to put the glass back in , reason for cutting out 600 was that was the size of the dents . Mo more dents there any more .
I all so turned it into a tipper at the same time (for ease of cleaning the mud off ).
