Post by Phil_LN106 »

Looking for a realitivly cheap bullbar ie. a couple hundred bux max to go on my 97 doublecab hilux. If anyone has the same bullbar as the one in this thread

then im dead keen on buying it. have only ever seen this certain bar on this hilux so im guessing there is not alot of them around so any bar will do

looks like all show no go to me mate, i would be thinking that you are better to get something STEEL made up by an engineer who understands 4wheeling eg, strains put on bars, room to fit a winch in time, approach angles etc.

PM NZHunter

From what I remember from the other weekend, he was looking to sell that bullbar.

But as Rangimotors said, if you want a real bullbar make or have one made from steel.

Anyone know where in CHCH that i could get bullbars like these made up? Ive gone around a few places but there prices are way too high for me. I will be making them out of steel but if possible would like to keep the price around the $1000 mark. any ideas?

Thanks
