you need to buy an inverter.

One which supplies enough current for a decent amp is $$$

I priced up a couple and depending on how much grunt i wanted could spend between $500 and $1000

i run a 3 or 400 amp one in mine and draw off the 12 volt side battery for it, but i use a charge equalizer whick was about $400 to get. i run the head unit off the orriginal Clarion inverter which is in the left front kick pannel and hasnt missed a beat in 1.5 years of it being hooked up.

Gary is right:

I use a Redarc CE30 in mine. I power the whole efi system and cooling fan off one battery and it is able to continuously maintain the same terminal voltage on both batteries. cost just over $300 from that store.

best part is you can draw a huge load off one battery for a short period and the equaliser will recover the imbalance afterwards e.g starter motor.

yeah thats the bugger, there was an online shop on trademe that i bought mine off new and it was similar price at the time. slight mod to the glove box and fits nice, only have to run 4 cables from memory well worth it, like xorph said, you can draw off lots in a quick burst, i run my compressor off it for pumping up my tires at the end of a run and all is ok.
