50mm suspension lift in swb saf...

Post by jear bear »

hi, I am running a 50mm suspension lift in my saf, I have put spacers under the box cross-member which has made things a lot better but am still getting a slight grumble at around 60-70 km/h, i am going to put 33's on this weekend, would i be better off with drop boxes?, also it is a auto which the previous owner put a after market trans cooler in, it has this funny looking (what I would say is a filter) just before the cooler it self, is this normal? as it gets quite oily and was wondering if it could be removed.

any help appreciated

check to see if u joints are paraell, first 33'' will not change drive shaft angles, a prefilter or extra filter will not hurt your trans but if you need to lose it will be fine
