anyone got a stuffed top shift transfer case

I need the lever/plate/boot setup, mine has destroyed the boot, and i don't think they can be replaced by the look of it....i may be wrong but if anyone has a stuffed transfer case that i can swap for some beer would be great,or even better would be the lever.
