Check to make sure they are the right voltage for the controller.

Re: Glow Plugs
and your not just replacing them with cheap crap. i know a fair few guys that have had problems with cheaper brands not lasting long.
edit: are you replacing them as a set or just the ones that blow?
i normally just change them as a set. once the first one or two go the others usually blow not long after.

Re: Glow Plugs
i don't know the HKT's, last ones i used where NGK.
incidentally i just ran into a snip of info on the net saying some of the Ford/Mazda diesels had a habit of burning out glow plugs, possibly from excess temps. they are also prone to cracking heads.
if thats sounds familiar then possibly look at way to decrease EGT's (block EGR, big exhaust etc).

Re: Glow Plugs
Funny you should say that just had a overheating issue a few months ago are you saying high temps stuff glow plugs ?
Re: Glow Plugs
i herd they eat glow plugs aswell, big bore exhaust to try bring your temp down abit, if its hot enough to crack a head it could do damage to your plugs aswell
