steve at 4wd fibreglass might have some suzuki ones. They're safari copies so not too expensive. Or have some tube bent up for it.would work fine.

Safari aren't available for the 8-valves, but 16-valve no problem.'

Last one I had quoted was about $450, and most 4WD accessory outlets supply them.

If you have an 8-valve, then try 4WD accessories in CHCH for a steel 'outlaw' snorkel.

The Safari brand is sold by ARB agents, pretty pricey compared to other brands but I've seen a few smashed and broken snorkels and none of them have been Safari ones

to put it in perspective..... for my TJ i was quoted $718.00 incl of GST from Auckland 4x4, got it for $550 incl of GST from Waikato 4x4..... who is doing lungs and kidneys?

Also, in the original post he asked for a Safari one. Where are you gunna fina a Safari one outside of a ARB agent?.... Considering hes in the Waikato, the next option is Tauranga Diesel.

Tauranga diesel are better. We were after full 100mm suspension lift kits for 3 patrols and waikato 4x4 just fobbed us off. Wouldn't help us out at all. We all just got efs gear elswhere instead of ome. Guess they didn't need out business lol. Thats why the set of staun beadlocks i'm gonna get won't be from them. There are also safari snorkel copies floating about...4x4 fiberglass did sell them cheap as chips but don't know now. That te rapa 4x4 place is still there...he wanted 500 bux for two gq front springs!!!

No ways.

My trucks getting a cheap ass tube snorkel.. yours can get the same  You could do it for like, $150. sfa really.

I even drew up the 90 degree pipe today in cad (ok.. I didn't.. tutor at tech did) and we worked out the shape of the hole that needs to exit the guard- and printed out a template. Works sweet!!! (its an egg shape)

i dunno.

But thats what i thought when i first saw your Escudo.

 Just kidding.

point is- you probably wont be able to bring yourself to spend $400+ on commercially available snorkel.........so IMO you have 3 options. Tube snorkel, flexi pipe through guard into cabin (probably noisy as crap..but its a sweet idea.. saw it somewhere on these forums) or nothing...

and since your trucks little....and last time we went out we found water in your intake...................I'm going to suggest you do SOMETHING.
