EFS rear shocks?

Hay all,
new to the forum so hello.

My question is im getting new shocks of 4WDbits but struck a problem im not sure about, my ute is a hilux 87 D/C and the are 2 options of shocks:

Hilux 4wd All Leaf Spring 3/84 On Std - 50mm Lift Rear Shock Absorber Soft
Hilux 4wd All Leaf Spring to 2/84 Std - 50mm Lift Rear Shock Absorber Soft

Are they different size fittings?
Which one do i get?

to 2/84 Std means hilux's manufactured before and up to and including feb of 1983

3/84 On mean any hilux built after march of 1984
