If you want good light stick to the known brands, Hella, Narva, IPF, Light force etc, The cheap chinese ones just dont have the same ability. They all do rectangular.(maybe not light force)

I have bought Hella commet 500s for $30, IPF SuperRally 930s for $55, smakler IPF super rallys for $30, hella 160s for $30 etc all off trade me. Just have to be paitent. The 930s are $600+ new. I also got a set of Hella FF100s but they were stuffed, risk you take and the guy refunded half the moey plus freight at my request.

Seek and thou shall find.
Toy - Zuk chassis tub, hilux 4.88 axles and transfer, Nissan CA18DE motor and auto trans, sc12 supercharger, 32 10'5 simex, twin motor 8274 custom freespool. Well the parts are all there in various corners of the shed

You could have mounting issues as there is no gutter.Try and find
an Escudo roof rack bar and modify that into a light bar or do what
i did and drilled holes in the roof and bolt my light bar on with wingnuts, when not in use the holes in roof are filled with solid rubber grommits

Go to para rubber and have a gander. You will be able to find something there.

Wouldn't having spotlights on your roof give you too much wind resistance for your wee suzuki?? 5000 rpm and 80km/h max speed?? spos I can't talk, mine has the profile of a lifted brick. Anyways autotrail sell narva lights for cheapish and they're real helpful. Could also replace your normal headlights with better ones, might help and be cheaper maybe.

I'd recommend putting some of that rubber cover stuff on that you cut out and stick on to. They are bound to find some branches being up that high and plastic covers just break or fall off. With the sticky stuff even if you spear your light it will all hold together nicely.

I had a vine drop down and rip both my lights off...didn't matter what was protecting them.I've seen lights mounted beneath roofrack type things before, that could be an idea.

Yeah PR has a good setup. Think they are even with the rack but have slanted mesh guards so nothing can catch the rack or the lights. Kinda like the aerodynamic spoiler that sits on the roof of trucks.
