bump...

Hoodies
was thinking for the hoodies a simple http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz on the back, what about something like "NZ's largest and best 4wd forum", for the front what about a smaller http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz???

T Shirts
Was thinking of maybe similar back to as the polo and front with a nice screenprinted picture or artwork....and have 4 different designs.....a cruiser or 2, hilux, nissan?, or maybe the option of the toyota, nissan, suzuki, jeep, landrover etc logo

Polo's
Was thinking maybe the front with a small http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz with the 'nz's largest and best 4wd forum', what about a nice white (for the darker colours) stencilled 40 and GQ on opposite sleeve tops?

wooly hats
http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz

caps
http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz with a graphic of a truck in the mud?

Fluro tops
on the back http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz in large print with the option of your name on the back, on the front http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz in smaller type...., for the kids ones maybe have a "please return me to <name> " or an "i belong to <name>".

Jackets
with the fluro ones maybe same as the fluro tops, with the more dressy ones a smaller discrete http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz emboidered into it

Thoughts???????????????????

Once the design has been set up we can order pretty much from the range the supplier has.......they seem to do kids sizes and womens gear as well. there seems to be a good range of colours as well.

Am checking other suppliers as well at the moment....

Jerry

had a quick chat to Mike on saturday night ( I think  )

with regards to clothing and to save us the hassle of trying to mass organise a nationwide clothing delivery system etc etc etc

I suggested that the deal is that you organise an embroiderer in your town and get a price, most charge per letter or something similar

then you get your own clothing and take it in and get it embroided with the web address

so on the back would be www.offroadexpress.co.nz

and on the front could be the same or just www.ore.co.nz

its only a thought to save one or two of us the hassle

it does rely on the trust and responsibility of the members to get it done properly and tastefully

I have about 40 different idea's that people can use

If you PM me your email address I can email you a full cataloge in PPS format

All free of course

I will post up some examples (done)

Sorry can't post up but here's the link. You will need to log into photobucket

I have a heap more I will add to

http://s418.photobucket.com/albums/pp26 ... p/tshirts/

I will add that the only cost is the cost of a supporters membership to ORE. all others can pay me in beer

most places will charge you a setup fee for your design, which is additional to the printng/embroidering cost, if we use this place we looked at we only pay this once.....and they supply the clothing and ship direct to you.....

I suspect Mike is worried about any extra potential work for him, all we need is the ore store setup which i'm happy to add and maintain items as well as look after the orders. If we sell them at cost (ie no tiny bit added for ORE) then people can credit the supplier account direct which will make it basically automated.

Mike wasn't keen on the "ORE" as this doesnt really say what ORE is, Offroad..... gives you an idea that its 4wd related...

Skids idea previously mentioned
so on the back would be http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz

and on the front could be the same or just http://www.ore.co.nz

My suggestions previously
Fluro tops
on the back http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz in large print with the option of your name on the back, on the front http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz in smaller type...., for the kids ones maybe have a "please return me to <name> " or an "i belong to <name>".

Just had a look at your t-shirts bubba.......the ORE font is Tahoma

Also this one is missing 71,73,74,90 and 120
http://i418.photobucket.com/albums/pp26 ... Slide7.jpg
(size your pics to 640x480 so you can post them up here  )

what about some pics on the t shirts.... like a 40 or something on the front....an etched one perhaps...

a Nissan one would be good....a catchy sentence with maybe a mq/gq/gu, and a Suzuki one (maybe a yes I know its small slogan...., what about a hilux one?, don't forget a jeep and a landrover themed one?

If we can get some designs up I can go back and get more pricing on these....

i like bubbas idea, with no picture

you will never please everybody by trying to choose a picture

pick a 40 and piss off the nissan owners

pick a GQ and piss off the toyota owners

bla bla bla

leave the pics out of it

I agree with Skid

If you give me your preference on your type of rig eg: Zuk, rockcrawling, taking the piss out of say... Jafa and I will come up with something

Just say the word

Pictures are out, you can add them yourselves. as I will email you the templates and then take them to your local tee-shirt place. There is also the issue over copyright when dealing with internet pictures.

If you like one of my designs and you use it, please post photo's of it so others can see it. Remembering that it's only for ORE supporters.

So Mr Blubber..... Are you just looking at T-Shirts? and if so have you talked to a supplier yet? (by this I mean i'm assuming that they will charge you a setup fee for each design? and that means they already have this setup and future orders won't be charged this setup fee??????)

If this is the case I will collect orders for wooly hats and caps and maybe fluro shirts ????
