Its oil and filter time again.Have used shell,valvoline, and castrol in the past and some nasty cheap ass stuff just wondering what other guys on here use or prefer and is there anything to stay well clear of.

castrol magnatec every 10 th anything other comes out like sludge expenive but in my opinion saves time and $$ on motor rebiuld

Lucas 15w-40 Magnum-High TBN-long drain in a GQ 4.2dt.
As the motor does approx 5000ks every 3 weeks so, it gets the oil changed between 5-6k.Filters every 2nd oil change.
