Having just spent too long in the shed converting my 93 mu river hack to manual, I have run into a problem with the inhibitor switch and not being able to start the truck up now the auto has gone... It is frustrating to say the least! I have even tried hooking the old auto shifters to the wiring to have it in park but still no joy.
Has anyone else converted a Mu to manual and had the same problem? Any ideas on how to get around this?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Might not be to important but on the manual injector pump there is a switch, where the autos kick down cable sits.

Jezza helped me a bit, i ended up getting a mate to do it, on the loom on the passengers side theres two wires that need to be bridged, however my mate did it at the ignition switch, ill ask tomorrow how he did it and let you know.

Re: 4JB1 Mu manual conversion
Fairly easy job, just have to cut two wires and join them together.

The two wires you need to bridge are in the medium size plug, the colours are green/black and black/white, they are the ones that have been cut
