mounting a front hook

alright i need to mount up a front hook so i can actually go and get muddy again!! i've read articles and stuff but they all are on a open chassis rails. mine is a closed rail. this is on a mu by the way

so i wana do the job once and do it safely.

has anyone got any pics or suggestions or answers or can help??
any help appreciated

Just off topic slightly - but is a shackle ok on a rated 2500kg towbar in place of the towball for tow purposes? Would this be an acceptable recovery point until i get a rear hook?

just to be clear, this would NOT be used as snatch point.
