Diesel Pump leaking from intake?

I've got a leak from the Intake of the injector pump on my toyota Diesel, I've replaced the brass washers, and tightened it all up, still a small leak. seemes strange to be leaking from a line that the pump sucks from.
I've not come accross this problem before...
Do you guy's think there's something seriously wrong in the pump? maybe oneway valve in intake stuffed? does it need's a full rebuild? Any other Idea's?

I would say that you have a leak coming from your govenor cover. Mine was the same the fuel seemed to be coming from the fuel line and puddling around the banja, but the oring under the govenor cover was U/S.
