Yep I'm on the lookout for one for the Prado (1993). Been told by the fellow at Autokraft that a 9500lb come-up winch ($1900) however I see there's a special on the 10000lb Runva winches http://winch.co.nz/specials.html.
Heard good and bad things about the Runva winches, and the likely hood is that it won't get a hell of alot of use. But it'd be good to hear from someone who's had experience with them.

If you really want a Warn M12,000 you'd be better to go new...http://willyfogg.com/search/warn+m12000/ only $400 more!

If you're budget is around 2k I reckon you'd be better off getting something new with a warranty anyway rather than someones seconds. You might be after something a bit bigger but I remember seeing a Superwinch 9500 for around 2k on the net last week. Apparently a good advantage with Superwinch is parts ex Auck rather than overseas.
