prs and cb the same?

are Prs and Cb radios the same?
i dont think so ,but my friends looking at one Trade-me and the Trader says theyre the same , just called different names
i thought prs used different freqs

CB is 26mhz AM and PRS is 476mhz UHF.... not the same

Most people use PRS in the 4x4 world

both are often called CB or Citizen Band.. PRS is on a UHF freq where the older CB is on VHF from what I understand.. ask Mr Jerry
