At least in our sport we have someone sitting beside us that hopefully will be able to turn the truck off or pull on the brake.

Must have been a pretty scary moment and probably lucky it crashed into another buggy

IMHO the culprit there was no neck brace, going on his head flopping around, that caused a black out from g forces rather than a knock out. His body was strapped in tight with the harness and his helmet made no contact with anything. While looking at other videos on that site I came across this beauty from the footy show a few years ago & although it's got nothing to do with 4WDs, it's definitely worth a look. http://www.break.com/index/the-vomitator.html
