ORE Offline.

Post by mike »

Hi All,

Well the timer has reached its countdown and it was fun watching everyones guess. I wish the actual event itself was as exciting as some have suggested. But the actual event that is happening is ORE is coming home from the states. It was a short OE but it really is greener on this side of the fence. The site has been plagued with lots of problems while being over there. So I've pulled finger and done something about it. Its now going to be hosted in auckland on its own dedicated server again.

Some changes have been made as well.

The site is moving back to its blue colour scheme.
The videos have all been categorised and voting has been put on them. as well as they have been assigned back to their owners.
The old galleries have/will (currently in the process of importing them) be back on the site. All galleries will be publicly viewable to logged in members and postable by supporters.
The forums will be embedded back in the site but quick and easy links to active topics and new posts available.
The shop will be coming back online next week. (ran out of time this week due to the photo import (30,000 + photos in 900 galleries) )

In your profile page you will be able to see all YOUR galleries, videos, and other content you have entered.

All this will be live by the end of next week.

The first stage is the move tonight for which the site will be going off line in approx 30 mins to let everyone rap up for the night.

Cheers

And see you all at rallywoods for the weekend, well not all of you

That's a good one

Good to see Mike, there will be alot of happy 4wheelers/forum users. Seems my comments that you took offence to weren't too far off the mark after all. The site belongs in NZ.
