Deadwood Ridge runs from the Hukinga forrest to the top if the rock garden in the Akkas. Colin is a trials competitor so i would assume it would be more on the hard yakka side.
Ask at club night hard bits might be optional.

Ok It looks like I'm catering for the BBQ, Bring $5 per person and I'll organise everything, sausages, steak, meat patties and some sides etc All I need is an indication of numbers....still working out menu.
If you are a vego or any other special requirements you need to let me know, I'm assuming no otherwise...
Remember theres no access fee as well so $5 is all you pay....

Ohh it is back there, sorry I was a bit slow today, yesterday and several years prior to that.
Anyway i don't think I can make it, chances are that I'm heading to Renwick for the weekend to look after my sick mum.

Weather Update
http://www.weather.com/outlook/travel/b ... begDay=169
Should be ok hopefully, if it rains we'll hook a bigass tarp between some trucks for the BBQ, if its real crappy I assume Turoa is going to make a call and postpone? (and post something here by 9am at the latest)
No idea on numbers, I'll grab your cash when you arrive and shoot down to Porirua (2 mins away...ok make that 4 mins in the Rugger) and get the stuff.....

Gonna have to give it a swing and a miss. I've been in bed for hours and its saturday night. Got flu and don't feel too shit hot. Need to get my recovery hooks sorted anyway. I'll put it on my list of things to do along with burning you and turoa a copy of the footage. It will happen, might have a crack at it tomorrow.
Enjoy it though boys, get muddy

Maybe.. I got told it would be fine, obviously not. But on the plus side, it gave him some incentive to get the engine done
