To get a brand new heavy duty clutch it costs about $600 and then there is installation.

I was quoted 5-6 hrs labour at $65 an hr. Bro-in-law and myself did it in 4.5hrs. Wasn't that hard really, but then we had access to a hoist. Do the seal on the motor while you are at it. Clutch cost me $575, seal about $20, flywheel machining $90, and a few beers. Enjoyed myself, first one I had done.

I found a new 4Terrain heavy duty clutch on trademe for a decent price. Turns out it was http://www.nzad.co.nz who is a distributor.

Call Darren on 021-55-NZAD(6923)

$538 including delivery to Welly. Bargain.

A couple of mates and I put it in over a couple of weekends (needed to skim the flywheel). Just gonna lube it up and take her out now.
