Front right brake pad shim wanted sj413

Hi all, i am looking for this part asap currently im just going without one and im not sure what damage if any? i am doing when driving around.

It is the shim that goes between the caliper and the brake pad.

I stand to be corrected, but I understand that the shim is merely an anti-squeal pad and you should be doing no damage by operating without one.

Anyone know any different?

they are just to stop the squealing vibrations, it doesnt matter much but if your brakes squeal then you should put them back in of get earplugs haha
