Done, know the feeling of facing a large bill :( :( Hope it turns out not as bad as thinking it will be :)

the first I heard of this was a text a couple of days ago

as soon as I had the oppurtunity to have a look, I did and was just speechless, so much so that I just couldnt think of anything to say at the time


I am still lost for words really...................


a lot of you have never met me, yet you are being generous

a few of you I have upset on the forum in the past when I wasnt thinking about my posting

some of you have been in the same boat (no pun intended) as me and have had no help

some of you have no job, therefore no income

Whens the Motor thingy being stripped SKID???

Easy enough to organise an evening next week to pull it apart if you want?

after having blown all my cash on parts to fix my 40 and then some of the banks as well :oops: i cant give you any sorry bro, but i will give you something. just have to remember to give them to the welly boys this weekend so they can then pass on to you. only hint is it pays to keep it in the freezer :wink:

hey mate,was real sorry to hear what happened,it truly sucks big time but hopefully you get things sorted resonably soon ae,sounds like all the locals are pitching in,plus have just been payed so have put some cash in there for you,it aint alot but im sure itll help some what

dropped off $560 in donations to skid today. He was a very happy man. Apparently with it he's getting the head cryo'ed , double valve springs, chromed rocker cover, chromed air cleaner (apperently he doesnt need a snorkle as he is never going near water again) and a flash as bonnet scoop! Should put diesel boys bling builds to shame :lol:

If he is no good at 4 wheel driving he might as well have a show truck to sit in the middle of wellington with its bonnet up. He could sit in it eyeing the birds 8) 8) 8)

gave skid a hand today to start stripping his motor .the head seems to be okay :o
