Sweet perches - like everything, very industrial... solid like nothing Mr Toyoda would have ever even thought of :)

Nice work... Can't wait to see her roll.

the front is turned up from factory so no i didnt have to do a thing to it other than get my new perches welded on level to what the old ones came off as.just had to leave one end on while getting the other set up and stitched on, then cut off other end and do the same using the new perch as a level marker.

the rear is just set up the same, how i thought it would be best, looking at it now i probably could have done with a bit of turn up on the rear but.... too late now

Righto, time for my lack of 40 series knowledge.

Why do you put 60 series under 40 series? disc brakes, wider track??

Looks bloody good bye the way!

thanks :D i think it looks wicked

i put thm in for the wider track and because i needed to re do my SOA as the old system i had was giving me grief :?

so i re-engineered the SOA to give me better entry and exit angles on bigger longer perches so as to give the springs more purchase on the perches to help stop axle wrap  .... just hope it all works like its supposed to

As well as reducing the ability to flex... inboarding the springs will make it less stable, but give you better ability to flex the axle up (shock length allowing, of course)

Steve

PS: Looking good Ben, you're not selling it now then?

Dam man, thats the last time im letting you take pics of my truck. Your lighting set up realy shows the dent in that door :?

The shocks work pretty well though

I like your style of panel beating. Do you always carry a spare bent steering arm just in case you need to modify your guards
