i suffer from the "if onlys" to lol and this isnt just for rover v8 since it is a vained super charger or more easily described an intake side from a turbo. This i reckon would be easily attached to most medium sized engines desiel included! if only i had the money 2

Yeah i think you could boogy that up to lots of things and its pretty costly at that.

I've seen the "rootes" type super chargers to suit rovers for less than that - and they're pretty cool too

damn, i mate of mine just got rid of a 3.5 rover too..

still, like you guys said, thats a hefty price tag...

yes you can get a lexus or nissan v8 for less than that with 240hp stock :roll:

and thats 240 hp of reliable motoring :wink:

it takes alot of machining and dollars to get power from those rovers thats why bruce hughes has gone to the blown lexus setup for his new comp truck :wink:

it should turn on man.........

ouch thats costly.

Um - thats not entirely the reason for the change to Toyota V8 from the P76.

And you have to remember that yes toyota or Nissan V8's have much more power etc, but the Rover dates back to the 60's, so hopefully technology has changed to get more power! This said, it is not a bad donk really.
