Got the same winch, well the parts left of it at least. They should be coloured coded, red to red, yellow to yellow and blue to blue from solenoid box back to winch. Big long red one from battery+ terminal to solenoid box, black cable to battery- terminal or earth (not sure as I used my original one on the safair and it goes to the starter motor), little black wire on solenoid box to earth.

If you look at it with the bolt at the top, (it'll be at the top left) that is the one that goes to the end of the motor. The two terminals on the motor close together near the front of the motor go to the two right hand ones when holding it in the same position. The final one which is beside the terminals for the switch is the main battery power. (on the left below the bolt).

Does that make sense? The is from a superwinch pack which I believe to be the same. They physically look the same and I have it in front of me now.

Does that help? It is from the manual for the GEW 10000 winch. I can e mail you the whole manual in pdf format if you give me your email address.

On thatt photo above -

Top left goes to rear of motor (a in diagram above)
Middle left goes to Main Battery power
Middle right goes to winch motor (F1)
Lower right goes to winch motor (F2)

And the three small wires,
Middle = Earth
Top = activation for F1 (either in or out)
Lower = activation for F2 (either in or out)
