Rallywoods this weekend

Hi People,
Bulletproof, Mudzilla and I will be in Welly on Friday night, until Bulletproof gets on the ferry on Monday,keen to get something happening for the weekend. Who in the welly crew is keen?
This is assuming we haven't wrecked our trucks up Waitapheta tomorrow :lol:

MOONSHINE ROAD CLOSED


Sunday 31st October due to Targa NZ

work fast, talk to Reece, you may be able to go in to the Akaratarawas via the Mangatuks gate

guess you will just be staying in RW all weekend

I saw the signs up there last weekend. The road was closed from like 9am till 4pm or something on that day. so if you head in early no dramas.

Moonshine road is closed on Sat due to the Targa being run thru there, go in Friday or very early sat ie before 9am.

Theres a good spot at the end of bulls run road to watch the targa....

Wont be able to come up this weekend, but have a decent crack at hells bells while you're there. I had a walk up it on sunday and last time we went up there we disloged lots of rocks which a storm has conveniently washed into the hole. I reckon its almost driveable.

I'll try to come up on the sunday if thats cool or after 4pm on the sat (putting the missus on the plane down south on sat morning) so will try to get things sorted on the truck before the arvo (basically the only thing to sort is avoiding cops...lol)

won't be out sunday now, will spend the day trying to get the blizzy to warrant standard, found out that i've got no low beam at all and the high beam seems rather dull, plus rear brakes and some sundry small bits. I did get to go for a wee play tonight at redrocks so not a total bust driving wise........lol :mrgreen:
