factory ute (flat deck) seating. MQ.
Wondering about the factory MQ ute cabs. Will i have trouble fitting in factory SWB reclining seats and rails due to how short the cab is?

Taz01 has several MQ's in his errr collection, maybe get him to measure the seats between the lwb and swb

Nah its another one. So far ive learnt that allgq pannels will bolt on.. and it SHOULD bolt to the GQ chassis.. but i have yet to 100% clarify this. Have got a wrecker taking measurements for me atm.
If TAZ01 is watching this- you got any input?

you should be able to bolt ya seats in ok and im told they will bolt onto gq chassis as well although you may have an issue hiding all ya computers and wiring loom from the gq in the ute cab ......
if ya gonna flag the idea............im keen on the cab

Thanks for that. Thats also what i've been thinking. I'm not tall by any stretch of the imagination but would like to be able to stuff my rifles behind the seats with maybe a day bag etc.
Trying to work out now if an MQ utes roof is anywhere near the same as a GQ's since I have access to a rear cut of an MQ ute (I either take the entire cab.. or they cut the back off it for me)
If i weld on the rear cut then I can make the cab a few inches longer in the process.
