hi well ive decided to go coily on my zuke and need to do a bit of research but havent been able to come up with many answers to my questions. the idea is similar to the rocky road coil conversion. panhard rod up front with 2 trailing arms each conected to the diff top and bottom. and the rear with an a frame and 2 trailing arms. my question is is it as simple as making the 2 trailing arms exactly the same length and mounting them exactly so the diff sits square to the chassi? and i have heard people saying you have to calculate something to get it right.
also what would be best used as trailing arms? would rose joints be suitable for hard driving like winch challenge sort of stuff or would they fall apart?
hope someone can answer some questions thanks.

Re: 3 link suspension in a zuke
Go and have a look around Pirate. There are calcs that need to be done to get your arms located so that the suspension will cycle and behave the way you want.
To do this job right you will need to spend many hours studying what others have done, so get used to the search fields

Hey
Mine seems to be working well at the moment with plenty of flex and traction (given its open diffed) Come take a good look at some stage if you want.
I used rangie trailing arms and slightly modded panhard.
