Terrano speed wobbles!

Hey Guys

Loaded up the terrano for its first long distance trip to golden bay, filled the tank and off we went.

About half an hour into the trip on the open road after hitting certain parts of the road on the straights it sets the whole truck into speed wobbles! sometimes even less violently in corners WTF!

Feels like its coming from the rear mainly.

Whats possibly the problem?, The suspensions standard apart from monroe shocks in the rear.

On the whole the suspension feels very soft and it felt like it was
bouncing all over the road and not very stable at high speeds

Its a 1996 r50

Any help or advice is appreciated
