Suzuki swift gti twincam engine installed by myself as the old carby motors are rubbish!
Goes very well.
Before engine was installed head was removed and checkd valves lapped in new genuine guide seals fitted, new cam seals, head gasket , intake/ exhaust gaskets, cambelt/ tensioner, oil/ filter.
Has not used a drop of oil/water since being installed just under 1000 km ago.
Has 30inch hankook mud tyres done less than 100km.
Computer & relays hidden in glove box out of the waters reach
New front & rear diff oils
New gbox & tcase oil
New front wheel beerings
New drum brakes shoes in rear
Electric fan
G13a/g13b distributors both used to make right angle distributor so that it clears firewall.
New distributor cap
Custom made extended shackles front and read made by engineer and fitted with nolothane bushes.
Standard rims turned round for bigger offset and holes redrilled for valves to suit.
Have taken out a few times now since conversion and it hasnt missed a beat loves to revv.
Reg on hold has a few spots of rust but nothing majour.
