yeah cv shat itself

and because i couldnt turn the wheels the steering slip joint decided to smooth the splines they are now welded :evil:

it should be ready for this weekend but not sure if i want to take it out only to have something else break but will probably go and break more crap :roll: :lol: :lol:

IS it just a case of to much power for drive train or something else??

Trying to fix my gearbox mount, one bolt in hard to get to place has stripped thread, and the mount snapped off round the other bolt on back of gearbox.

Might have to drive it a bit nicer once it's fixed. :(
Still want to get out this weekend though! :)

not sure why it broke

was reversing up tha hill for the second corse

should be ok for the weekend

Got back from Welly friday, looked at Surf, there was a big puddle of oil under the rear driver wheel = diff seal bung, and didnt look at her since... The transfer case is also playing up and wont come out of 4wd.

is yours the one with the button to activate the 4 wheel drive
if it is i have a spare electric motor that activates it in and out as i sold my surf if you want it i think its at work
