Rilon Mig welder

Anyone had any experiance with Rilon mig welders? (or Rilon welders or plasma cutters in general?)

there is a guy selling them on Trade Me, he imports them himself from China.

Now i know that they arn't a Miller or high end welder, but would it do the job for a guy just wanting to work on his truck? (light-medium fab work)
