Theres a few auto LWB's popping up, but I'm still iffy as to whether they are the way to go or not. Took a mates for a drive yesterday, and it was very sluggish off the mark, but a manual is rare

Dave, if you pick up an auto and want to drop a manual in it, then let me know. I've got everything here (except gearbox) for the conversion.

89 Safari, Manual, diesel, Ive only ever seen patrols in white but it is the factory colour, looks like it used to have huge ugly graphics down the sides.Probably get a repaint after the holidays if I can be bothered, definatly white again though. Says its an AD model on the rego if that means anything? real happy with it, got it for 5800 so not bad price either.

Mine had AD stuck on the back door. Has elec windows, a/c, rear locker. But no gauge cluster under the rear vision mirror. And my rear seat seems a bit funny like its too close to the front seats. Otherwise same as every other safari I've seen. Minus the rust most have.

Nah hes not a panel beater he is a handyman he does everything from boats to tractors to cars, 4wd, even building.

He hasnt done anything to the Chassis kept it all original so he could make a full size deck.

I had propblems with the side pic so I will fix that this arvo and get that on here I will ask for1 of the back as well.
