Lexus engine mounts

Any body had issues with the factory lexus engine mount rubbers tearing after little offroad use?
I have a 1uz in my RN46, been running for only about 1.5 months and its torn a mount already!
Any help or suggestions welcome?
The mount is not stressed un necessarily or stretched excessively either?

I put two brand new ones in when i built my hilux, and have had no issues in just over a year of using it. (but i drive it gently)
