I am looking to purchase a cruiser 70 series with a frp rear .As a learner bound to make a oops, how forgiving are these ie leaning up against trees etc

Apart from the glass, they are the strongest part of the truck. Trees are no worries.
Ugly is a state of mind..... and the state of my truck!
