electric coil replacement

Hi all
have replaced the lucas type sa12 on my jeep with a gt 40 is it the right one if not what should i be running
it an old f head motor no fancy :? electronics
was running then dieing when warm so replaced the coil and ONLY the coil now it won't even start
getting brassed off completly at the moment

what happens when you put the old one back in ??
There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.

have you tried changing the condensor in the dizzy
FJ40,INJECTED SB 406 CHEV, LOCKER,35 SIMEXS,warn winch , 80seies vx 4.2 24v turbo diesel ,fr and rear lockers 3" exh top mount intercooler, 021 724482

when I put the old one back on it goes and have replaced the new one as well so am thinkinh the condenser in the dissy has died eventhou i replaced it not long ago sowill replace that as well
it getting anoying as was taking away for christmas but don't trust it now!
will keep up dated

replaced the condenser this arvo and it run well coughed and spluttered am thinking somethng has moved withthe timing so will worry about it on another year :o
