zukmeista's 89 Zookie samurai -IT'S BACK-

Post by zukmeista »

Hi, this is my 89 wt bought in April for the very reasonable price of $3500.
Since these pictures were taken we (my Dad and I) have added a bull bar to the front, recovery points front and rear and LT215/75/15 Hankook dynapro
MT's.I would like to upgrade the stock headlights and put a 2'' suspension lift kit. I would also like to take off the stock flares and do a virtual lift.

nice tin top. watch out! zuks are addictive
i agree virtual lift , while being the bees knee's , is a hell of alot of work.
2in spring lift , some 30in muds, a 410 transfer-case and you will a have a little weapon that should keep you entertained for a whille.

Ok... Will 30's rub with a 2 inch lift? Also are the maxitrac springs good for ride comfort? :)

Doh . Bugger.
get a new body for it , if its that bad. i think mudbits was selling them for 5-600$ swap all your bits over onto it and your away.
Or get out with the 9inch

30's fit sweet with a 2inch lift., just need to hammer of the seams on the firewall to be safe. 410 transfer will put your gearing back into a good usable range.
Have you pulled out the front sway-bar?
