Hay guys,
will be doing some mods soon and wanting to know which Cert guy is the best. I know Morice Thompson in Te Awamutu and can get most of my stuff done with him however if I do Power Steering then I will need one of the hamilton guys as it requires a higher cert rating than Morice has.
The list has two guys that have the level required, Noel McMillin and Neal Miller.
Has any of you guys used any of these two before?? Not wanting someone easy just someone that is familiar with 4x4. Morice is really good but is more into his targa rally cars so no so up with the 4x4 mods.

Nah you dont want to go to nostalgia with a 4x4- they do hotrods etc.
You want to phone
* John Brett Technology Ltd
* 12 Durey Rd Albny Auckland Call Free 0800 LOW VOLUME
* Call Free 0800 569 865
John is a VERY nice guy and he comes to you for cert inspection so its real easy. He did Vvega's truck (here in hamilton) and will be doing mine- I've phoned him 2-3 times for advice and he has always been most helpful.

It was definitely neal miller I dealt with. Got his card at home. His shop has moved to sloper ave?? Was real helpful and also comes to you if needs be. I'd also agree with Fbrick about nostalgia.

I would talk to him first and bounce ideas off him if your concerned about certain mods etc. Might save you time down the track...

yeah, AND you'll find out that lots of the things you thought were impossible ARE possible and not as hard to get certified as you first thought.

Re: 4x4 Friendly Certifyer in Hamilton????
yeah I have about 6 mods that I want/need certing I will go and see him and take a memory stick with picks of how others have done the different jobs so he can choose which way is best for me and if it will be accepted. then no time or money wasted in building something that will not be accepted.
