Post by FORGE1 »

Hey everyone

New truck failed it warrent on the RH swivel hub leaking and having play in the bearings.

Does anyone know how easy this is to fix and if there is a kit I can buy to fix it?

Thanks

Swivel hub kits include the required seals, and knigpin bearings, 1 kit rebuilds 1 side. Assuming its the kingpin bearings and not wheel bearings that is.

1 kit rebuilds 1 side

That only relates to buying branded ie) toyota, nissan etc. I just got a terrain tamer kit and it does both sides. Kit includes swivel hub bearings, needle bearings, inner, outer and axle seals plus spindle seal and the knuckle seals. Also some locking tabs, but they don't suit my truck. Sundays job with hangover after play day and piss up at hiriklux's place.
