Help with universal joint (north Canterbury)

Hi guys
I need some help disassembling the universal joint on my lux's drive shaft, the uni is really knackered and i've tried pushing the bearing caps out in a vice but its not doing the job she's locked up pretty solid, so has anyone got a press and some gas to get this thing apart.
Any help appreciated
