arb comperssor wont turn off

i was out playing around odlins track today, i used the diff lock,arb rear, and the compressor kept running,, the swich in the car was on and it stil went, and when i turned it off the compressor still was going the only way to shut it off was to take out the power to it at the compressor anyone got any idears why? just so i can start looking in the rigth place

I think your trucks got one of those chinese ones Matt, possibly the relay sticking or stuck if the switch wouldnt turn it off?

blown a oring/line and it cant get the line up to pressure ?

chinese arb?? ill see if i can get another relay.
when i fill the line it holds air then i can just switch in the diff lock,so it works still, ill get under and have a look tomorrow as well, where do you get relays from? thats the small square black box thing the wires go into ay,bout a inch sq ay?

You'll get a replacement relay from any auto sparky, you'll have to find yours to see what rating it is first?

if you want some i,ve got heaps of spare relays and will be at wtbs after 2ish 2 morrow

It sounds like the air pressure switch isn't turning off. It is a round piece with two wires going into it and should be on the airtank somwhere.

Nah mate the main on/off switch over-rides the pressure switch

Fark you must be pretty keen on attending that Tour De Coma, better make it the lawns at home and over the river, repainting the house plus the bach (both inside and out) and as far as the firewood goes... you guessed it... Both :lol:

bach doesnt need painting, just needs walls cleaning

you really should be careful who you invite and let light fires in the big fire :roll: :roll:
