nothing much in the 4wd dept ... added a cb to the mistress and welded up a couple of stress cracks on the shiny, spent most of Sat driving around in circles looking for a cheap car for my son to learn to drive in as the only Manual we own now is the mistress, after looking at endless rusted out/knocking, smoking clanking crap up to $2000, we where on our way back north when we spotted this on the side of the road for a $1000, she's an original 1987 Nissan Sunny, little older than i wanted but shes all there and only 90k's on the clock lol .. no power steering, no lecy windows, no EFI, no computer, Factory Am radio

how come you didnt do the inside of the tray just out of intrest
flyingbrick is correct, It's getting Hippo-Liner on the inside of the tray. I'll probably do that tomorrow night after finishing the fuel system.

Mask everything and remove tape before the paint dries (or it wont come off), wear gloves (the shite dont come off), make sure any rust is taken care of before hand, clean it really well before painting, dont drop any on the concrete driveway (cause it dont come off), use the roller thingee to get a nice grippy surface, wear old clothes (overalls) and throw then away when finished, dont let the cat/dog or whatever on it untill it is dry.
Did I mention wearing gloves! Trust me when you still have shiney black fingers and black spots two weeks later it gets to you. Did the back of my lux and the inside of my zuk (sj413) and think it is great shite. would use it again for a dirty/wet area in a heart beat.

you guys should do what i did when i done up my b2000 ute a few years ago, when i welded and shaved the rear tail gate (which was the gangsta thing to do

marine ply liner made up inside to fit nice and snug, then a layer of fibreglass then gelcoated, the underside was resin coated, then i dropped it in with some msall sealant and riveted the outside edge to the tray, completly watertight, hard wearing, easy to hose out, easy to repair
