Next Aotea Daytime Play? Sunday the 23rd?

Post by Jerry »

Thoughts? this gives Turoa enough time to rebuild his truck?, perhaps make it a $5 per truck donation towards Mike and his ORE fund, BBQ byo or $2 pp? or byo?

100% chance I'll be there if I'm not in chch that weekend. Being in the daylight will be good to, like seeing when recovery straps are not connected  or falling off the track into drains :D

Don't worry about the donation. Membership will take care of that, as soon as i get structure in the site to take care of all those things then we can start doing that but at the moment its probably more of a hinderance trying to keep track of it.

Look forward to another play day.

2 weeks aye? I have had some setbacks which meant it would take longer. On the 23rd theres a trip into rally woods I'd like to go on. So I'll aim for then. But you'll have to move the Aotea play.

I think I would be keen, I have to drop the surf off at a m8's house across the road in tawa so I can fix it anyway, with his permission to use his garage of course(if he is reading this). But I think I can get one more play day out of it before the front end completely binds up  After all who will be around to pull jumpers terrano out

Well you gotta be blardy well joking if you think my very cool daihatsu swallowing, suzuki eating, landcruiser bashing monster will be ready by this weekend. Reason being is that my 9" grinder is broken  I can still get access for you if you're keen though. And the patrol is still not happy (suspected head gasket (blown from lots of revving, I think rhino must have it on video)).

I think its the bushes on the inside of the hubs binding to the half shafts. But if its something else I may have to rob some bits off ya if you have any lying around  Will pull it apart soon and have a look at the damage. Just one more play though, one more

There seem to be people keen for this weekend, the beauty with this site (with permission) is that we can have another one on the 6th, 13th or 20th as well....???
