pretty cool alright. I did the front ones on mine too, but still prefer to have the tyres acting as a bumper in the rear rather than the steel flare putting pressure onto the tub, still, hes put his rear ones into his chassis too and are pretty darn solid.

The last couple of weekend's I've been mucking around with the rear roll bar, making a rear bumper with receiver hitch and today have got half my winch mount made up, Oh and fitted some flexi flares to keep the wof man happy, Its finally looking like a truck. :D

Yea i thought i had seen on your build very similar guard mods, I just love the look of the wranglers when they are on simex's or silverstones :D Awesome little trucks and I almost brought one a while ago but at the time i needed a diesel as was driving machinery so brought a Prado instead

if only i had lockers that i could pop the ratios to 4.11's or 4.56's or something id have the 35 Simexes on too, his just eats up the trails. Sadly im limited to a 3.73 so ill be sticking with the 33's, unles theres a buyer out there for some lockers, and ill go open diffs again!!! anyone!!! anyone!!!

your truck is looking mint!

What about smaller 35's like the Silverstones as they 34.4 roughly or even 33-34 inch Jungle treckers as they are around 34 inchs.?? :D

Behinf the 2nd playground theres a rock climb, beyond the rockclimb theres a well rutted track, at the end of that track is the "100 acres". Not a bad spot for some lunch, decent sized grassed clearing for a bit of a play

I might pop a 3.73 in there and try exactly that, even 34's are going to be at its limit with 3.73, and from what ivve been told, pretty unworkable with the current 3.07.

Went to port waikato with a few mates for a few nights of laughs. went out for a sale on his little hobbie cat he had there and came back to news that a few of the boys had taken one of the girls innocent little citroen into the sad dunes and then screams from the girls saying i needed to get it out.

Image

didnt take very long and they all learnt a little something about sand driving in the end  although i had to give my mate who drove it there a high five as he did get it pretty far
